JY JEWELRY WHOLESALE – SHIPPING POLICY

JY Jewelry Wholesale LLC ships wholesale orders to approved destinations. We do not maintain a general maximum order value or shipment value limit.

100% Insured Shipping
All shipments are 100% insured for the applicable shipment value. Due to the value of our merchandise, orders are shipped using secure shipping methods and may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through FedEx or another approved third-party shipping carrier selected according to the destination, value, security requirements, and service availability.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment and all required documentation have been received and approved. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Charges
Shipping and insurance charges may vary depending on the destination, package value, weight, dimensions, and selected service. Applicable shipping charges will be communicated or calculated for the order.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been processed by the carrier.

Delivery & Signature
High-value shipments may require an adult or authorized signature. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for ensuring that an authorized recipient is available when required.

Shipping Claims
If a package arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact JY Jewelry Wholesale promptly and retain all packaging and documentation. We will assist with the applicable carrier and insurance claim process.
